Computer Screen vs. Print Quality

A printed image may look slightly different, in some cases, than the image when viewed on a computer monitor or a phone screen.  It can be more noticeable when there are bright and vibrant colors.  There are two main reasons for this. The first is that screens transmit light and a printed image reflects light.  The second is the color range that can be shown on a screen is greater than the range that can be shown in a print. A slight variation in our prints and photographs may be noticeable.

Returns Policy

Due to the fact that each photograph/print is specifically printed for each order, once sent, the art cannot be returned; O’MUMPHY.COM has a strict NO REFUNDS POLICY. Once a transaction has been completed (i.e., the buyer selected and paid for the photo/print and then O’Mumphy.com sent the buyer the correct item) it is then considered non-refundable. PRIOR TO ORDERING, please check that your order is correct to your satisfaction.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

If a buyer has selected and purchase an incorrect photo/print, he/she must notify O’Mumphy.com, before receiving the “incorrect” order. Refunds will NOT be given due to “not liking the image”, selecting an incorrect photo/print after the buyer has already received the item. If a mistaken order is sent to the buyer, O’Mumphy.com will send the correct order to the buyer free of charge.  

Exchange Policy

Upon arrival, inspect your package for any possible damages via shippers. Do not accept or sign off on a damaged package. If you are returning items for exchange due to a verifiable damaged package, please advise us in advance. We recommend that you always use a trackable shipping service and add shipping insurance commensurate with the value of your purchase. Once your exchange has been received in its original undamaged condition, and verified as our authentic product, you will be notified as to when your exchange order (a replacement of your original order) will be filled. A new tracking number will then be emailed to you.

DAMAGED GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit will be added to your account in our shop.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
